The Registration Process
Once you have registered with Enlighten Supply Pool, you will be offered opportunities for work in an education provision.
There are only 3 stages to register with Enlighten Supply Pool:
- Stage 1
Visit our offices or register your interest online - Stage 2
Complete the Application Form - Stage 3
Face-to-Face Interview with one of our consultants

Why are there 3 stages of registering?
The honest answer is we only want quality. We wouldn’t want to place candidates into a provision if they are not fit enough to teach our own children. We have strict vetting criteria which ensure candidates are fully compliant before sending them out to work.
It is imperative you have the following documents upon registering:
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
- Proof of ID
- Proof of qualifications
- 2 Proofs of address
- DBS if you have one on the update service
If you do not currently possess a DBS you will be asked to apply for one while at interview.
The interview lasts between 15 to 30 minutes. At the interview, you will be asked questions relating to your experience of the education sector and what you have done in the past.
