The checking process required of supply agencies is clearly defined by the Dfe. Despite the complexity of the checks for supply teachers, we make it easy for you to govern the process:
- We send an email confirmation for every booking which gives you exactly the information required to complete your Single Central Record – all you need to do is cut and paste the table into your own document and you have all the checking evidence required by Ofsted
- Our booking confirmation email also contain a photo of the candidate we are sending, so you can check the identity of the person who arrives against their original photo ID, in line with DFE guidelines.
