Registration Process
There are only 3 stages to register with Enlighten Supply Pool:
Stage 1:
Complete the application form
Stage 2:
We will call you to arrange a visit to our office
Stage 3:
Face-to-Face Interview with one of our consultants
Once you have registered with Enlighten Supply Pool, you will be offered opportunities for work in either schools or nurseries.
Why are there 3 stages of registering?
The honest answer is we only want quality. We wouldn’t want to place candidates into a provision if they are not fit enough to teach our own children. We have strict vetting criteria which ensure candidates are fully compliant before sending them out to work.
Once you come to our offices for a interview, it is imperative you bring in the following documents.
Proof of the right to work in the UK
Proof of ID
Proof of qualification
2 Proofs of address
DBS if you have one
If you do not currently possess a DBS you will be asked to apply for one while at the interview.
The interview lasts between 15 to 30 minutes. At the interview, you will be asked questions relating to your experience of the education sector and what you have done in the past.
