Our Vetting Process
Enlighten Supply Pool operate rigorous quality controls in all aspects of recruitment, vetting and registrations to ensure that all our candidates exceed the regulatory standards set by the DfE.
- In-depth face-to-face Interviews
- Disclosure Barring Service Check- Enlighten applies for an Enhanced Disclosure for all candidates, including overseas teachers. Enhanced DBS certificates are only valid for one year in education. Candidates have 14 days from the Disclosure Date on the certificate to update their certificate online.
- Proof of Identification- Passport and driver's licence
- Critical assessment of two most recent professional references (within two years of registration date)
- Proof of Qualifications- if applicable
- Permission to work in the UK- Visa
- Proof of National Insurance
- Two proofs of address
- Two passport sized photographs
